My 1:1 Kamasutra Workshop - Less Pressure. More Presence.
I hesitated for a long time before booking this workshop.
Kamasutra - in my mind - meant complicated positions, silent expectations, and bedroom gymnastics.
But something in me was curious.
Not out of a desire to perform better,
but from a longing to finally feel that intimacy can mean something different.
A space without pressure
From the moment I arrived, it was clear:
I didn’t have to prove anything.
Ana welcomed me with a calm, grounded presence that made me feel safe right away.
No “this is how it’s done,” no lectures, no pressure -
just real interest in who I am and what I bring.
We talked, we laughed, asked questions -
and then something unexpected began to unfold:
A space where I could feel myself again.
Not through effort - but through letting go.
Kamasutra - so different than I imagined
This wasn’t about performance or acrobatics.
It was about connection.
About presence.
About breath.
About how deeply intimacy can be felt
when you simply allow yourself to be there.
Ana guided me through movements, positions, moments of touch -
but all without the need to get it right.
It could be messy, soft, awkward, beautiful - whatever it needed to be.
And yes - we laughed.
A lot.
The moment I let go of pressure
There was a moment when I was just lying there - breathing.
And suddenly, something fell away:
The old belief that intimacy is something I have to do well.
I realized how beautiful it is to do nothing but be present.
To feel myself - through skin, breath, and gaze.
My reflection
This workshop was healing, playful, and unexpectedly deep.
I wholeheartedly recommend it to any woman
who finds herself doing too much and feeling too little.
To those who want to reconnect with themselves in intimacy -
not through performance, but through presence.
Thank you, Ana,
for your presence, your humor,
and for creating a space that was far more than a workshop.
I left smiling -
and with the quiet joy
that sometimes, less truly is more.
